퇴직 근로자의 임금 등을 지급하지 않은 군산지역 모 운수업체 전 대표에게 집행유예가 선고됐다.

전주지방법원 군산지원(형사1단독, 판사 안상원)은 24일 운수업체를 운영하면서 퇴직근로자 및 직원들의 임금과 상여금 수 억여원을 제때 지급하지 않아 근로기준법과 노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 위반혐의로 기소된 군산 모 운송업체 전 대표 A씨에 대해 징역 10월에 집행유예 2년을 선고했다.

또 벌금 300만원과 30시간의 사회봉사를 명령했다.
