군산항 6부두 해상 예인선 침몰 --- 선장 실종

16일 오전, 선원 2명은 인근 선박이 구조

16일 오전 11시 30분께 군산항 6부두 앞 해상에서 37톤급 예인선 3세원호가 침몰했다.

이 사고로 선장 이모(64,군산시)씨가 실종되고 선원 박모(47,부산시)씨와 채모(59,군산시)씨 등 2명은 인근을 지나던 선박에 의해 구조됐다.

군산해양경찰서에 따르면 3세원호는 약 4톤 가량의 지질조사용 철재파이프(길이 4m,직경 35cm) 8개를 앵카 체인에 연결해 예인하던 중 선체가 중심을 잃고 한쪽으로 기울면서 침몰했다.

당시 사고해역 인근을 항해중이던 통선 신진호(18톤) 선장 이모 씨가 발견, 선원 박모(47, 부산시)씨와 채모(59, 군산시)씨 등 2명은 구조했으나 선장 이모(64, 군산시)씨는 실종된 상태다.

해경은 사고해역에 경비함정 4척과 122해양경찰구조대를 급파해 실종자 수색작업과 사고 선박에서 흘러나온 엷은 유막(100 × 20m)의 방제작업을 펼치고 있다.

한편 사고해역에서 3세원호 것으로 보이는 구명뗏목 1개와 구명환, 로프 등이 인양됐다.
