군산시는 1일 시청 대회의실에서 전 직원을 대상으로 ‘50만 국제관광기업도시 군산건설’의 조속한 실현과 마인드 함양을 위해 주식회사 군산 청원교육 제 7강좌를 실시했다.

이번 강좌는 ‘변화와 도시문화 성공하는 도시의 핵심역량’이란 주제로 전 삼성전자 부사장이며 현 한양대 교수인 노형래 교수를 강사로 초빙해 강의를 벌였다.

또한 강의에 앞서 새만금 개발계획 등 관련 ‘새만금 개발과 우리의 역할’이란 주제로 문동신 시장의 특별강의도 이루어졌으며 이 자리에서 문 시장은 새만금 개발이 필요한 국제적 ․ 국내적인 측면을 강조, 1단계 관광개발, 2단계 첨단농업단지 및 신산업단지 개발, 3단계로 새만금 신항만 및 물류단지개발의 중장기 로드맵을 설정해 추진해 나가는데 힘을 모아 나가자고 주문했다.

군산고 출신의 노형래 교수는 이날 강좌에서 평범하고 단조로운 우편배달을 다른 사람들의 삶을 더 즐겁고 행복하게 해준 기회로 삼은 ‘우체부 프레드’의 실화 이야기를 사례로 들어 “사람의 마음을 움직여야만 최고의 고객만족을 이룰 수 있는 CS(Custormer satisfation)행정”이라고 강연해 많은 공감을 얻었다.
