전화친절도∙자체 청렴도 향상 특별교육

한국농어촌공사군산지사(지사장 조상민)는 17일 지사 대회의실에서 이강환 지역본부 농지은행팀장을 초청해 전화 친절도 및 자체 청렴도 향상을 위한 특별 교육을 실시했다.
이날 이강한 팀장은 21세기 가장 중요하고 가장 쉬우면서 어려운 것이 친절이라며, 매년 전화 친절도 자체 모니터링을 실시함에도 불구하고 아직까지 입과 행동으로 잘 실천되지 않아 고품질 고객만족 서비스 향상에 애로가 있다고 지적했다.
또한 투명하고 공정한 업무처리가 생명인 공직자로서 부적절한 행위는 있어서도 안되며, 임직원 행동강령에 의거 ‘Clean-krc’ 실현을 위해 지속적으로 나아가자고 강조했다.
조상민 지사장은 “고품질 서비스 구현 및 투명한 윤리 경영을 위해서는 직원 개개인의 실천의지가 중요하고, 모든 고객은 나의 주인이라는 자세로 친절과 투명한 윤리 경영이 병합되어 생활화 되어야 한다”고 밝혔다.
