군장대, 한식홍보대사 선발대회 유치

군장대는 다음달 13일 열리는 전라북도 한식홍보대사선발 조리경연대회를 유치했다고 12일 밝혔다.

전라북도 한식홍보대사 선발 조리경연대회는 2010 세계한식홍보축제에 나갈 전북대표자를 선발하는 대회이다.

군장대 관계자에 따르면 이번 대회는 한국음식으로 대표할 수 있는 우리고장의 자랑인 전라북도 한정식과 전주비빔밥을 군산의 꽃게장 등이 각 지역에서 지역을 대표하는 음식이 출전하게 된다.

이번 대회에서 우승한 지역과 인사는 다음달 29일 세계의 중심지인 뉴욕에서 실시하는 유엔외교사절단 만찬행사를 비롯하여 일본 중국 등에서 세계인들에게 선을 보이는 기회를 갖게 된다.

전라북도 세계한식홍보대사선발 조리경연대회에 참가자격은 제한이 없으며 도내 향토음식 및 특산품으로 만든 음식으로 출전하면 된다.

모집기간은 8월 27일까지 홈페이지(www.wkff.or.kr)를 통해 접수할 수 있다.
