환경개선부담금 17억6천여만원 부과

군산시는 올해 2기분 환경개선부담금(자동차, 시설물분) 38,363건에 1,761,613천원을 부과했다.

환경개선부담금은 ‘오염원인자 부담원칙’에 의거 오염원 제공자에게 오염물질 처리비용을 부담하는 것으로, 환경투자 재원을 확보하기 위한 후불제 부담금이다.

자동차는 경유를 사용하는 차량으로 배기량기준, 차령별로 부과되며, 시설물의 경우는 연면적 160㎡이상의 건축물(주택, 공장 제외)에서 사용한 연료 및 용수사용량을 기준으로 용도별, 연료 종류별로 부과된다.

납기일은 오는 9월 30일까지며 시중 은행 및 전국 농협, 우체국에 납부할 수 있고, 고지서에 기재된 전자납부와 가상계좌를 이용해 납부하면 된다.
