교정의 날 기념 11명 가석방

군산교도소(소장 허익성)는 오는 28일 평소 교정성적이 우수하고 재범의 우려가 없는 모범수형자 11명에 대해 ‘교정의날 기념가석방’을 시행한다.

가석방 출소자 중에는 강도치사 등으로 징역12년을 선고받고 수형생활 중이던 A씨(40) 등 장기수 2명과 함께 기능자격취득 2명이 포함돼 있다.

이 외에도 ‘특정범죄자에 대한 위치추적 전자장치부착등에 관한 법률에 의해 전자장치 부착 대상자 1명도 포함돼 있다.
