개별공시지가 이의신청

군산시가 2010년 7월1일 기준 개별공시지가 총 2,545필지에 대한 이의신청을 오는 11월 30일까지 받는다.

시는 개별공시지가에 대한 지가산정과 검증을 마치고 지난달 6일부터 30일까지 시청 토지정보과 및 읍∙면사무소에서 일제히 지가열람 및 의견제출을 실시했다.

또한 군산시 부동산평가위원회의에서 산정지가를 심의∙의결해 29일 개별공시지가를 결정∙공시했다.

결정된 지가는 필지의 ㎡당 가격으로, 토지소유자에게 개별공시지가 결정통지문을 우편으로 발송하며, 오는 30일부터 11월 30일까지 시청 토지정보과와 토지소재지 읍∙면사무소에서 소유자 및 이해관계인으로부터 이의신청을 받는다.

이의신청된 토지가격에 대해서는 토지특성을 재확인하고 표준지의 가격이나 인근 토지 지가와 균형을 유지하고 있는지 여부 등을 재검증 후 군산시 부동산 평가위원회에 심의해 그 처리 결과를 이의신청인에게 통지하게 된다.
